You should have thought to verify each step of your workflow before route your documents? Now this is possible with the new PC Client Professional v4, unique power in combination of the Enterprise V4 routing processing engine.

Besides the well known OCR recognition to extract document fields directly into the questions, the new v4 client comes with some new features:

– PDF text extraction: if we now import S-PDF we can compare the already embedded PDF text with eventually the OCR’ed one, so we can always choose the most accurate one;
– Barcode recognition: the client is now able to perform also Barcode recognition in order to extract barcode values directly into the questions;
– Task processing: this is our top new feature. With the task processing mode the PC Client becomes a step-to-step processing station of our server workflows. We can run each workflow step and verify its results in terms of modified document and/or resulting variables, this will now allow to verify the output of a recognition and eventually correct it!
